I have a Fender Strat Squier (6-string). I'm looking to buy a Capri body. Will the Squier neck fit the Capri body?

If by Capri, you mean a Capri Orange color Strat body, then YES just be careful with the neck mounting screws, because Squier strats usually have a thinner body than the standard size Fenders, and therefore have shorter screws. As long as the Squier screws have enough exposed thread to bite, you will be fine. Too long of a screw will split your neck/fretboard.

It depends on the Squire model because the heel thickness differ.
