Couldn't agree more. If someone can't figure out what guitar they like most, how the hell is a forum full of strangers going to do that? Also, don't ask questions that you could find the answer to in 30 seconds on Google or Wikipedia. We love to help here, but we're not research assistants.

I've been complaining about this for months now, its nice to know that I'm not the only one who finds this type of inquiry annoying, and its part of the reason why at times I don't think forums should give people different titles or levels with the number of posts you have, because you end up getting some people who will just post or reply to any and everything, just so they can get title for Forum King or something.

I completely agree. When you see post like "What guitar company is better Gibson or Fender", think of what website you are on.
