Mate, I still can't fathom ground rules which put a ball in fair territory when it's a half body length or more out of bounds, just because the ball carrier's toes happened to be in bounds as he fell. :? There were two TD's like that in this game. There's nothing like a well played run or received pass into the end zone, well within the field of play. A nice clean score, as opposed to these flukes which succeed on nothing but the basis of the rules. It's not a matter of who won or lost this round. It's across the board, and I'd like to see the rules changed. If the ball has to pass inside of the goal post uprights to be a fair ball, then it should also have to be inside the side lines and within the confines of of the ball carrier's body to be in fair play, and not extended in any fashion. Just my two cents, that's all.

Sounds good to me, Jeff!

Aaron Rodgers has been on fire this year. The guy has had two concussions and has come back to lead the Packers to where they are now. I'm picking them to win it all and Rodgers to get MVP.

Yes I am going to root for the Jet's this week. Then I think the Packers will win over the Bears and go to the Big Game and WIN!

He is a big mouth which is why he never got the coaching job here for the Ravens. They knew he would consistantly stick his foot in his mouth  Foot  At least we know he like them!!!!

Okay, here is the Northwest version.....

As a Seahawks fan, I truly despise the Steelers, but I do have to say that they did outplay The Ravens yesterday and did deserve the win. I'll be rooting for Jets to beat the Steelers next week and go on to the Super Bowl. Let's keep The Steelers out of the superbowl, okay?

There, it's fixed.

The Jets did their job and knocked out the Pats. Now they will fall to the STEELERS!

Seems that was the general thinking on both threads. Cudos to those who did their homework. Sympathies to the OP.
