Self Explanatory, You Can Get As Insane As You Want

I'll start(im just going on my rig ill have within the next few years):

Guitar: Fender Black Top Sunburst Jazzmaster with a DiMarzio DP151 PAF Pro Pickup in the neck and a DiMarzio DP100 Super Distortion Pickup in the bridge and possibly a Seymour Duncan JB Jr Pickup installed in the middle

Strings: Dean Markley LTHB

Picks: Dunlop Tortex Red .50MM

Strap: Ernie Ball Standard White

Effects: Boss DS-1 Distortion, Danelectro Cool Cat Vibe, Electro Harmonix Small Clone Chorus, and a Vox V847 Wah

Amp: Fender '65 Twin Reverb(which I probably can't afford ) or a Fender Mustang V cabinet with Head(which is more likely to be within my price range)

Might not be a 100% accurate list, but you get the idea.

I'd just take the guitars I have now with free unlimited refrets for the rest of my life.

Something along the lines of pre-CBS Strat, 60's wah and an assortment of vintage Fender and Marshall tube amps would do it for me. I'll go ahead and be greedy and wish for a Dumble too. No idea what they sound like, but if they cost more than all my current gear put together it must sound awesome.

Seriously though, in reality it's:
-Fender Coronado
-Fender Strat (something with giant frets and a good feeling neck, maybe a partscaster with Fender parts)
-Fender Vibrolux Reverb Custom
-'65 Fender Super Reverb (Vintage)
-Fender Vibratone Rotary Speaker Cab

All Fender stuff. :P

Hmmm...

I would have either a Fender David Gilmour signature strat, or even better a Custom Shop strat that I spec and have built for me.
Amp wise I'm not too sure as I don't have a lot of experience with amps, but I would probably have either a Fender Twin or a Two-Rock of some description.

Drew :)

My dream rig? There are many dreams rigs in my mind, but I'll narrow it down to one.

I'd say a custom shop strat in Lake Placid Blue, Green Mint pickguard, Flame neck, bound Pau Ferro fretboard with oversized abalone dot inlays, and body color headstock, gold hardware. Played straight into a Laney VC30-112 with a 1x12 extension cab.

I've got two:

1. Gibson ES-330 into a tweed Bassman.

2. '62-style Strat into a Marshall combo.

But I'm pretty happy with my current setup: Strat, Tele, and SA-503 into a Classic 30.

I'm all set for now, although I wouldn't mind getting another Carr Rambler with a custom cover. I'm set on guitars with my Tele, Starfire IV and M75 Bluesbird...but if I had to add another guitar it would be a 50's model M75 Aristocrat with Franz P90's or the 83 Fullerton 57 AVRI I sold for my buddy. For amps I'd like to get the 66 Super Reverb back and that'd be it. I am pretty simple.
