Iconic guitar and lifestyle company seeks an experienced Plant Manager who has THE SPIRIT OF ROCK-N-ROLL®.

We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Plant Manager for our Ensenada, B.C. Mexico facility, who will provide hands-on leadership and direction for all production departments including Amplifiers, Electric Guitars/Basses, Acoustic Guitar and Sub assemblies.

Your responsibilities include Engineering, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Production Planning, Human Resources, Import/Export, Warehouse, Safety and Health. This position will work closely with Finance, Sourcing and purchasing, IT and Business Application, R&D, Services Center, National Sales, scheduling with either a straight or dotted line reporting basis.

Additional Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field. MBA a plus
- 12+ years of demonstrated management experience in a manufacturing environment (guitar and/or pro-audio electronics experience a plus)
- Working Knowledge of TPS / Lean Manufacturing practices
- Experienced in Continuous Improvement and strategic thinking
- Ability to solve problems using scientific methods and coach others to solve problems
- Previous experience in a high model mix assembly operation preferred
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) required
