I love the overdrive built into my FM65r, but it (duh) sounds completely different from the OD I had in my recently deceased Orange. The FM's clean channel is superb and infinitely better than that of the orange, but I miss the OD sometimes. Has anyone found a pedal that gets close to that sort of spanky crunchy tone that Orange is known for?

My first thought was to take the amp's circuit board and have somebody craft it into a stompbox, but a few minutes on google showed that this is pretty much impossible or at least highly impractical.

Broadly speaking it sounds as though you prefer a British-sounding amp for dirty sounds.
