I won a day at Rock N Roll Fantasy Camp. That's me between Glenn Hughes of Deep Purple and Chris Slade of AC/DC and the Firm. And onstage with Chris Slade.

Me (phil - left) and Shawn (Fender Employee) at the
"Fender International Band Jam" on Fri - Sept. 12. '08.

Shawn's got some great gear; some really sweet custom Fender's. I recently finished my custom Jazz Koa bass the day after this gig. I'm so bummed I didn't get to play it at this show!

This was taken a while back in the Sad Cafe somewhere in England.
It all went downhill from here.

Yeah, knockout sound, it was actually a bass amp.
I had to sell it over there along with a superb John Birch guitar, things got tight. You know how it is? Sold it to an american guy, by the way.
Anyway life goes on.

I was gonna ask if that head was for sale..lol

But yes, unfortunatly I know all too well how it is. Our band recently relocated to Los Angeles and we are all broke for now. Had to sell a 62 Jag USA reissue...A strat, and now my 91 Musicman Stingray is on deck...well it's that or I have to sell 2 of my Fender basses to equal what the MM is worth.

..just a bump in the road..it's a rocky one in this industry. but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Right on, we recover, it's the way musicians are built, we find a way or make one. I hope things work out in L.A. you sound like the kind of guy that will kick $@!, so go do it. If not there ok somewhere else, they don't keep us down. By the way you might come across an Orange stack, there are some around. I'll keep my ear to the ground as well. So meanwhile rock that L.A.

So I'm guessing you've all been thinking 'who is this Ian Sheridan guy? he certainly seems witty, clever, funny, knowledgable, etc....'

So here's a pic or two of my sorry mug!
