wow very interesting. any links as to where we can read more on this?
ive never heard anything about this on Chuck before.
i dont know if anybody could really put Elvis and Chuck in the same
class. the two are very different and i would think they would draw very different crowds.
hum...... maybe not in the begining but in the middle and towards the end of Elvis's life they sure would have.

I like the older more raw sounding albums like "rock, Rock, rock and One dozen Berry's"

anything old from him is great, that was when he was with Chess Records and basically did whatever he wanted to do with his music with little input from outside sources... pure :)

Performing is the key word here. The guy has one of the worst reps from others that have tried to work with him, but he is an entertainer, no doubt, and mojo to him for that as well as recording all of those 'must learn' double stop riffs!!!

maybe his attitude is what cost him rather than going to jail.
ive been doing some reading on him today and everybody pretty much agrees on one thing, "he was very hard to work with".
