I've noticed that the fuzz-wah and vol-tone pedals have left to right movement for the second effect. What I'm wondering is, is there a spring that pushes the top half of the pedal back to where it should be, or do you have to return it with your foot every time?

Actually, those pedals do not have a spring in them which.... So to answer your question, they do not "snap back" when you lift your foot from the pedal. I could see how that would be helpful, but I can also see how that could cause problems. If it did "snap back", you would have to constantly keep your foot on the pedal to "activate" the effects .... Would make for an awfully tiring night for your foot! :P

I like the options you get with that one, and although I don't "need" another fuzz/distortion type pedal--I wouldn't mind checking this out--especially trying to use it to play with the volume of the fuzz--and wahs are always cool.
