A tuner might be a nice addition.

I need a good fuzz pedal, preferably a Univox Super-Fuzz or clone, and maybe an MXR Phase 90.

unless youre willing to spend $500 on a pedal that might not work/might die on you id go with a clone.... most of the ones that pop up are in absolutely horrible condition

well i was looking into the boss chromatic tuner but im pretty good at tuning by ear and most of the stuff i play is a half step down anyways, i was looking at those mxr's though, but my main fuzz is going to be the big muff, my distortion is obviously the ds1, then i have my exaggeration effect: the wah, and my overdrive is the ibanez tube screamer,

you can use the big muff or ds1 perfectly fine for overdrive, no point in getting the ibanez... and you do need a tuner, the boss chromatic tuner is great

well the big muff is my fuzz and the ds1 is my high distortion pedal, plus the ibanez is good overdrive for blues and hendrix style licks

I would consider a multi effects unit for your modulation. You can get chorus, flanger, phaser, eq, tuner, delay, and programmed presets all for the cost of one good stomp box. You never know, you might even like the distortion or overdrive that it produces. I have a very old rp3 that I use for modulation and some delay that someone gave me. Add that to what you already have and your pretty much covered.

Ive looked into them, I was venturing on buying one but unfortunately Guitar Center and my local shop only have expensive Boss multi effects or Digitech lacking expression pedals

Just to be the devil's advocate -
do you need more pedals?
do you need any?
If you could get by with only 3 what would they be?

Looks like a pretty good start. Unless you really need it for the music you play I'd forget the Big Muff for now and get a delay instead... I recommend the Boss DD-3.

You should also start saving up for a better Strat. MIM Strats are top notch these days and can be had for under $350 used. You can also get a new Classic Players Strat for $350, which I think are great guitars.
