Ah well, I can't win em all.
A shoe has more than 2 eyes. A clock has hands, not arms.

I wonder if a corpse does have a soul? Surely the soul would have departed on death.

I thought the eyes were the bits at the end of the laces?
So, I take it they're the holes the laces go through?

The cover at the end of the lace is called an "aglet".
