Well it's that assumption thats defeating you.
If you were absolutely devoted to getting the best sound and performance money can buy, I could understand that statement. Your not, your finances are limiting you through no fault of your own. SO they then become the viable solution. BTW Bones of Broken Bones/Discharge gigs with a Zoom G1. You won't find any bigger a punk legend than him.

Yeah it was one with the two buttons and the expression pedal.

Whats the worst that could happen eh? You try it and don't like it. They will turn you into a tinkerer and yeah their not the greatest earth shattering sound quality. But for a fella in his bedroom and playing out once a week. Their a viable option.

This is a very accurate recording of how the unit sounds with little else effecting the recording. No amp eq clouding the sound of it atleast.

The uploader said he plugged it straight into a cab. I believe him, I've done it. You can hear him strum over the sound coming from the speaker at one point.

http://www.zzounds.com/item--ZOMG1XN

Not a bad unit for $80.

more like three hours at least a day, well im going to guitar center tommorow, ill probably try it out first but it looks and sounds pretty convincing, as far as sound quality i really dont care, im playing a lot of lo-fi stuff anyway, but ive got a question, i know i ll be able to operate the wah like a regular one but are the two other buttons acting as pedals? i really dont want to have to be going through a list of effects mid song

delay, delay, DELAY.
theres so many uses for this type of pedal in defining ones own personal tone.
its also a pedal you can have in use 90% of the time if not more. way more versitle
than a wah pedal.

agreed. i've got to get myself one of those these days
