Four, but really five if you count my mom's old, beat up, basically unplayable acoustic.

I have three electrics and one acoustic. :)

Gibson Les Paul Custom (99)
Some cheapo ALvarez Acoustic that I hate...

dude that one is a keeper for sure, sick neck on it nice and flamed. I have to get me one of these. My instructor has one of the original prototype T-100 Guilds and it is the sickest guitar I have ever played. You have a really nice axe man! Thanks for the pic

I think I just broke the 30 mark with my last Stat. A Highway 1 Fat Strat. No wait... that may be 31 or even 32. I can't keep track anymore.

Turns out I just can't stop... since this post I've added a couple of tele's (A natural ash fernandez "52" that now has SCN p'ups, and a candy apple red American Series that I'm in the process of fattening up with a Duncan mini-bucker and a vintage stacked bridge p'up).

I'll probably wind up with one of the new American Specials too... An American Tele stock with texas specials for less than one of those "fake old" Mexican guitars? Sounds like a no-brainer to me

Love to see some pics of that 12-String.

Personally, I don't think it's possible to have too many guitars; just not enough time to play them all.

Forgot about the Guild acoustic I picked up... is that 33? Almost picked up #34 today but, the Les Paul I had been eying at GC was gone when I went to check it out.

Wow strauboids! 30+ is a lot of choices, good on you.
A player can't have too many guitars, bring em on!

USA Jazzmaster
USA Stratocaster
Silvertone S1423 'Jupiter Stratotone' 1963
Gibson Howard Roberts Fusion III 1989
Epiphone Casino
Maton CW80 acoustic 1985
Fender Jaguar Bass
Takamine TB10 Acoustic Bass

They all get played, a lot, but the JM is my main sound. Usually it's the JM, the Silvertone and the Gibson that come to gigs - that covers a lot of tonal range. Here's the electrics...

I've gone through many, starting with inexpensive and trading up to three listed below. I've gone thru at least 20 guitars, some I wish I kept. Happy with what I have, for now.

Here's the electric guitars (20) and bass guitars (5), I believe that's 25:

Image

Here's most of the acoustics (another 2, one 6-string and one 12-er):

Image

The mandolin is my dad's and has been returned to him, however, I now have 2 acoustic-electric mando's (a Washburn Oscar Schmidt and a Fender).

Oh, and one super-cheapie acoustic-electric:

Image

So, 20 electric guitars + 5 electric bass guitars + 2 acoustics + 1 acoustic-electric = 28.

I think.

:D
