Some very tasteful playing by this guy Henrik! I will have to check out more of his stuff.

I saw this and liked it, the guy is legit no doubt. Henrik ripping it up on video 1 and video has him and Joe Bonamassa going back and forth a little bit

Tyronne....I'm listening to Ronnie Earl right now (Spread the Love cd)....he is a true master.

By the way, how are things with your DRRI? Getting some sweet tones out of it?

Beaubs!
How are ya? Glad to hear others like Ronnie Earl too...He has a DVD out that was recorded nearby to me.."Hope Radio Sessions"...unfortunately, it's only about an hour long but some really fine stuff. AMAZON has some used copies worth a peak...

The DRRI...what can I say..I really haven't played with all the tones and channels and volumes and reverb/tremlo yet!! Some really amazing sounds and it's no wonder this amp gets talked about so much! One of those, "why didn't I do this sooner?" deals, if you catch my drift... I play it every day for at least 90 min. and really think it's given me more reason to play! Still can't play worth a hill of beans but it sounds better.

Hope you have a great Christmas! Will probably not see your usual Saturday post but have a great one!

All the best,

All the best,

Hi Tyrone and thanks for the Christmas wishes.....I am "researching" an new amp and and / or guitar purchase next summer and the DRRI (along with the Supersonic 22 and a David Allen Sweetspot) are amps of interest to me. I will be interested in hearing further about your experiences. I hope you and your family have a great Christmas day......

Beaubs

Ten Dollar Thrill, a local blues band who represented my city at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in 2009. great band, great guitar player and harp player. They play some real super old blues and originals.
