Just wondering what ya'll are thinking about our new blog. Personally my favorite stuff so far is the footage of Dick Dale's performance at our massive "Make History" American Standard Launch Gala last night.

Within the past few hours I (and/or my fellow web dudes Steven or Mike) have shot TONS of great behind the scenes clips including some happenings with upcoming Fender signature artist Billy Corgan, new Fender signature artist Duff McKagan, and longtime signature artists Reggie Hamilton and Marcus Miller. Also got some good stuff with The Ventures, and a sidesplitting "stream of consciousness" session with Greg Koch that we'll be posting soon. Anyway, hope you folks are enjoying it!

I've watched a bunch of it, and yes I have no life this weekend. That's an awful lot of vid you posted! That first Dick Dale performance was fantastic. The ease that he plays with is amazing. He really is a legend. He looks great too!

And can ya beat G.E. Smith with a Tele?

Yep, I am,. and it's a really great job...

I used to cover the show as a columnist for EQ back in the day, and this is actually better than being there (no sore feet, no constant wash of noise)...

But, then, no chance of bar-hopping with one of the Dean girls, either. :D
