I got the new Hendrix Anthology: West Coast Seattle Boy. So far I've only gotten through 2 of the 4 CDs included and haven't been able to watch the DVD yet, but there are some great unreleased songs/versions of songs on the CD. If you are considering buying it, I think it's a good buy! The version of "Hear My Train A Comin'" is fabulous.

Performances:
Monterey
Woodstock
Isle of Wright

Guitars:
Olympic White Woodstock
Custom Painted Monterey

Tim, Jesse, did either of you ever get the Hendrix Anthology?
Thats got a pretty comprehensive track listing to it. Including the previously mentioned Sgt Pepper's.
My favourite one was a bootleg released by some crowd during his time with Curtis Knight. Not great quality not all Curtis Knight performances either. It did have a couple of crackers on there though. Bright Lights Big City, Hang on Sloopy, Walking the Dog.
Nothing like the stuff he did on his own.
other than that, my favourite non-release was the BBC sessions.
Point of interest about that, some of the songs sound terrible. The engineers were trying to get rid of the distortion, until Hendrix stopped em.

Riley for the first time listener, I recommend Are You Experienced. Though I prefer Axis, it's not as hard edged sounding. AYE is quite raw in places. You'll get lost or bored with Electric Ladyland as a new listener, though it does have a few wonderfull tracks on it.
All Along the Watchtower, but anyways just get his Experience Hendrix complitation, it has everything
