Yeah, once I'm on the site though it's fast as usual, just slow when trying to get here, very odd.

I'd put it down to NAMM traffic (and the competition) but then you'd expect everywhere to be slow :?

Its probably just due to heavy traffic from NAMM curiosity and interest, plus the Front Row blog, and the fact that they are not closing the forum during certain hours for the next few days.

This is curious... Here in our NAMM "Web Team HQ" we aren't experiencing a problem, but that doesn't mean that you guys aren't experiencing a slow down. I would imagine it is due to NAMM interest as well.

Have you guys been experiencing any slowness with the Fender Front Row blog?

The blog page has been working fine for me. It's just the forum. It can take 30 to 40 seconds or so for a page to load when first coming here.

Yeah, at times it takes me 2 or 3 minutes to get on. Just the traffic of curious NAMM looky-loos jamming the server.

Yep, it's pretty slow. Just like the Mt. St. Helens cam when it's Smoking.

Seems sluggish for me too. Coming to the site takes a few seconds longer than normal. Once on the site, I am fine.

We completely saturated ALL available bandwidth on Thursday evening and have been running at abnormally high levels ever since. It's the NAMM crunch combined with the heavyweight video clip that we're running on the new American Standard website. No worries, it just gives us a solid business case to devote even MORE $dollars$ toward further infrastructure refinements this year :-))

A true IT guy. Every slowdown is a good reason for a budget increase!
