How do I put a pic (where the old avatars were) underneath my username?

I've seen a few people with what looks like a personalized avatar/pic...

Here's what Brad e-mailed me......

"Sign in to the Community, then roll over the Community menu up at the top of the site and select “Dashboard”. You have to upload your avatar up in the menu up top there which reads “Edit Profile”. Even so it doesn’t work incredibly well just yet as there’s no visual indicator that an image has been uploaded."

It seemed to work pretty quickly as my new personal avatar showed up almost immediately. You'll need to size your image no larger than 150 pixels on a side.

HTH

the photo that I uploaded (from the "Pete Wentz e-contest" were has Tommy Gun been?) may have been more than 150 pixels but the uploader might have an adjuster.
