Definitely add a relic option for that authentic distressed vintage look, as well as a couple of new headstock decals from different eras.

The Clapton Strat has 22 frets and a set of Klusons, but these babies are definitely my favorites:

How about a quick comeback in the past?

The first one has a nice shade of gold, though it lacks of matching hardware and body texture and the second reminds me the Hyde Park concert of 1996.

Here are few of my favorite artists who inspired me to "build" the most incredible-sounding axes Fender ever produced:

Bonnie Raitt

I tried to match my Sherwood Green Strat. It's pretty tricky getting the color just right. Definitely a fun feature. Would be cool to see a lot of the options that have been mentioned. Different neck tints would be cool as well, and definitely need a Tele option.

JIM ROOT STRATOCASTER

I tried to make my own interpretation of Jim's Stratocasters, however, the guitar builder doesn't had the option for a blank fretboard without dots.

While the Jim Root Stratocaster uses a single volume knob, my own version uses the traditional 3-knob setup as the control layout option is currently unavailable.

It has worked for me from the beginning but I'm also on a G4 Mac with the latest software update.
First check to see if you need software updates. It is likely that since the site is brand new, it may have compatibility issues with older programs. I'm not an expert on software requirements.

That would be my 1st check point.
2nd review the entire process, it may be a simple step that you are bypassing.

Ok, i just went back to Guitar Builder.
set up a design then signed in...lost design.
You have to sign in or register first before you design, then you can save your design as your presets.

Is that it :?:

Pretty sure that's what they tell you on the site...that to save your design you have to Register and sign-in first. Build your guitar and then "save". Once you sign out and back in, you should see it in your "My Presets" section.
