Hey everybody. I am not exactly new (almost 3 years) but I didnt pay attention what my guitar was untill about 2009 when I picked up a schecter over my strat copy. Well now I am kind of in the hunt for a tele or strat for a graduation present to myself. The thing I have noticed is I have seen standards in colors I cant seem to find anywhere. Does Fender change colors of its standards every couple of year or so or am I not looking hard enough.
While I am at it, whats your favorite color fender?

Fender does introduce new colors often so it is possible the color you are looking for may have been discontinued, a special run or just difficult to find because it is an older model. What color are you looking for

My favorite Fender color is Shoreline Gold, followed by a Vintage White that has yellowed

cavs, my strat is that color I believe. The actual color is a tad darker than the picture in real life. If I'm not mistaken its Electron Blue. I got mine in 2007 if I am remembering correctly. I didn't like the color in pictures, but in reality it looks pretty good.

My favorite color...it is a tie between Lake Placid Blue and Brown Burst
