i have a sales job. the office is 80 miles away, and we had a meeting scheduled for today. they are telling people to stay off the roads, so the boss called and said the meeting is cancelled.

i am home alone- so you know what trouble i can get into- break out the strat, plug in to my new vox vt40+, and wail away :D

anybody else got the day off? why don't we jam telepathically!

i'll start us off- right now we are playing allman bros. "one way out."

what's up next?

Not me  They called and asked if I could make it. It's times like these that make me wish I was a liar. Not really. I need the money :x

My wife and I are putting up the tree this afternoon and it's so damn hot today (75+ degrees F) we've got all the windows wide open.

We'll have the Lionel ready to run in an hour or so......

(my cats hate that chingalero!)

That seems so weird to me. I just can't associate Christmas trees with warmth.

It's freezing here today. About ten degrees and it feels like it's in the negatives.

Indeed, it is unseasonably warm here this year.

Yet somehow, judging from the exterior's rather crystalline decor, I would suspect that Al Gore was a tad off on his computation of Algorithms.
