Savoy Brown, Ten Years After, Wes Jeans, as well as Big Head Todd and the Monsters and Too Slim and the Taildraggers. Can't forget Drowning Pool, Hellyeah, Black Flag, and pretty much every band on the LCHC station on Grand Theft Auto IV! Too many underdogs to be listed.

Re Donovan:Donovan is mostly known for his trippy top 40 stuff but some of his albums contain absolute masterpieces.3 of his albums from the 70s were fabulous: 7 Tease,Cosmic Wheels,Essence to Essence Cosmic Wheels contained some real heavy rockers like the title song,Wild Witch Lady and Sleep.
