Well it's only Dec 8th and I'm sick of it already. 5 days straight non-stop, seems all I've done is plow my drive out 3 times a day. Don't even have time to pick up the guitar. I gotta get out of New York soon. And yes it's
south of Buffalo NY, so I'm sure most of you fave seen this on the news.

GET ME THE H&LL OUT OF HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Town of Randolph in Cattaraugus County is up to 47" of snow! I'm a little bit north of Buffalo -- we got several inches here but nothing like what they're seeing in Ski Country! I can understand why you're sick of plowing already. Good luck digging out, my friend!

Mighty cool down here as well.

I think it only got to 73 today.

(I had to put on socks!)

Big warmup in Minnesota tomorrow then the slow slide into the deep freeze. Looks like below zero F temps by next week. Very sad indeed!

new,
I am from up in the Dacks....I am currently stationed in the south....enjoy the snow...trust me. I so miss the snow and cold. I can't wait for the day when I am back in my beloved mountains with the cold and snow. I feel for you not being able to play your guitar and will send you some mojo to take away the winter blues!

For the first time in many many decades we're being spared -so far-from snow and cold temps. We had only one snowfall yet about 10 days ago but that didn't stay on the ground long.By this time of year we are usually sick of snow and cold but yesterday it almost got up to 60 F and today it hovered around 50-55,we'll take it while it lasts as spring usually stretches into late June and sometimes we get full fledged blizzards in June.

newwt,
If it helps any,I saw a report about parts of Florida with over-night temps near freezing. Strawberry farmers and some fish farms with outdoor tanks are working 'round the clock to stay ahead of this freakish weather.

It's 32 for a low here and we're freezing our butts off. I'd kill for some snow right now, at least it makes freezing worth it.
