Tony -- when am I NOT busy at one of these things?! :-) Feel free to walk up and at least say 'hello' if you're around today. We're back in the top secret "web den" but I do come out on occasion and forage for food and drink. LOL

Tony--How about some first-person impressions of these new Fender toys and the vibe of the show?

Well, you know this isn't really a consumer show, so I haven't a had chance to actually play anything. But I can tell that the new enclosures add a lot of bottom end thump to the BD.

The new AM Strats feel great, I'll get a chance to play one on Sunday, Sundays are usually slow.

The vibe here is so hard to describe, you have to experience it. It's a little like a freak show, I mean this in a good way. Rockstar wanna-bes, women in thongs, who shouldn't be wearing them, etc, etc.

I gotta head over now, I may get to play at least one song at the NAMM All-Star Jam at 5:30p.

Cool pics man. That second pic, the guy on the left looks like Biff. Lettermans stage manager.

I'm on a phone line so I can't see your video but some pics would be great. Especially if it's EVH gear. Anything there this year? I can't afford it but it's sure nice looking and dreaming is free.

I vote for weekend forums too!

Would it be possible for anyone with the spare time to post a pic of the new molded cases? I'd love to see what they look like.

I just started to gear myself with some Fender stuff, and I have absolutely nothing to say against these products :)... It fills my heart with so many emotions whenever I play on my Telecaster, I really love that guitar. Thanks for making such good products :)
