I didn't know that Leslie Nielsen had died, that comes as a complete shock. All to often we grow so used to having comedic greats such as him around we begin to feel that they are immortal but sadly that's not so. Like the other Canadian comedic genius Bill Shatner Leslie first made his mark in drama but later in his career made the fateful switch to comedy where he shone brightly for many years. Thanks for all the laughs Leslie God Bless You.

RIP Leslie Nielsen. I remember watching him play Francis Marion, the Swamp Fox on the Wonderful World of Disney in the early 60's.

Me and my good friend were devastated when we heard the news. So we cooked up a meal and had a Nielsen movie marathon.

We weren't sure whether to cook chicken or fish for dinner, so we had the lasagne instead

He is a king amongst comics.

I thought Nevin was the most famous person to come out of Saskatchewan. Oh, I guess Nevin hasn't come out yet.
