That's exactly what mine did. every single "exe" function was shut down. For some reason, it didn't touch the guest account on my computer, and I was able to install an antivirus through it. If it wasn't for that guest account, I wouldn't have been able to install anything on it. My admin account was toast in seconds.

I had the same thing on my PC and this saved it.
