Thanks Arjay.

These were the only 300 series with Expression Systems that year, only the 500 series and better came with them from the factory.

My Taylor 614-ce. The smoothest playing acoustic I've ever had the pleasure of owning.

My most recent acquisition; '87 Ibanez Roadstar II RG120.

I'll share some of mine:

ESP Vintage Plus, from about '96 or 97

Image

Early 2000's MIM Nashville Tele, with Seymour duncan pickups:

Image

Yamaha Mike Stern, With an old PAF in the neck position, and a Seymour Duncan at the bridge. Absolutely incredible sounding guitar:

Image

My first guitar: 87 or 88 Squier Strat. I still love this guitar:

Image

My main electric, a 2005 ESP X-Tone Paramount. Seymour Duncan pickups. Great guitar.

Image

Fender Malibu. The only sunburst one I've ever seen with a gold pickguard. Probably a mistake at the factory, but I think it looks cool:

Image

Takamine Dreadnought: The dragon inlay on this is pretty awesome looking up close.

That's the best of my collection anyway. Those are the ones I play most often. If I had to choose just one, it would be the Nashville Tele. Really versatile.

This is the current herd after downsizing several years ago. Figure I've got it down to the basic necessities now.

Image

Front (L-R) 2002 Taylor 814CE Limited, 2004 Taylor 214
Rear (L-R) 2000 Am Del Tele, 1998 Am Del Fat Strat Locking, Unknown year MIK Koa Top Strat, Unknown year Epi LP, 2002 Victor Bailey Jazz

Here are some of the more notable ones that went:

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Good stuff...I meant to only quote with the pick of the "dragon" Takamine...all of your guitars are very nice, but that one is stunning!
