Alright, i could be doing alot more wrist exersices to get more movement, as i filmed me playing numerous songs and i THINK my right wrist is the main problem for my muscle disorder. say, when i play, 8 notes in a bar for example, my wrist really starts to get really stiff, rarely is it that it doesn't. so anyone that's a physiotherapist of some sort on here, any suggestions?? (I'm noticing the medication i had in my muscles a while back is starting to wear off, so i need to act fast) I thought my fingers were the problem, but when i can move my wrist, i can move my fingers.

ambidextrous is key playing with both right and left hands, it is harder to play because there is a scale change but you will do it, try slowly at first, an hour or two of that and you will play better whichever you favor. Shake your hands a bit sometimes just not so hard that it might damage muscle tissue.

RFUS,

I just want to say that I don't think any of us think your particular situation is funny. It is just that if anyone on this board mentions anything about wrist exercises, especially a younger guy, you're going to get some jokes that go down that route. It is not to hurt your feelings, actually it's a good thing if the guys here bust your chops, because it means you're part of the gang and getting treated the same as everybody else, which I suspect is how you would want it! Anyway, keep at it, a lot of us think pretty highly of you on these forums.

That's a nice post. Kudos to you, Kong.
