Alright, i could be doing alot more wrist exersices to get more movement, as i filmed me playing numerous songs and i THINK my right wrist is the main problem for my muscle disorder. say, when i play, 8 notes in a bar for example, my wrist really starts to get really stiff, rarely is it that it doesn't. so anyone that's a physiotherapist of some sort on here, any suggestions?? (I'm noticing the medication i had in my muscles a while back is starting to wear off, so i need to act fast) I thought my fingers were the problem, but when i can move my wrist, i can move my fingers.

I suggest the wrist warm ups that Wanderlei Silva did before every fight in Pride FC and UFC. I might find some vids of him on youtube, I don't have access to youtube videos at work so I can't help you find some right now. I also suggest that you find some Pyshical Therapist who specilases in joints.

Good luck mate.

Why would i stop the current wrist exercise's I'm doing? My physiotherapist said to do them, but she also said I can find some more.

I guess he is luckier than most of us. Some of you older guys had to steal our dads crumpy and crusty (EWWWW) old magazines to help with the imagination, Riley simply has to turn on a computer

And if I took this too far I have only one thing to say: I'm sorry Brad
