Folks: just wanted to point out our new Gretsch website and Gretsch forums -- both just launched a few weeks back. I know at least a few of you folks hanging out here own Gretsch boxes as well, and you're certainly welcome and encouraged to hop by and say hello. The forum area is off to a pretty slow start, but that's to be expected -- even these forums here at Fender.com took a bit of time to really start gaining some momentum.

Whoops, thanks for mentioning that -- the new site is devoted to the portion of Gretsch that my team is responsible for marketing which is the guitars and basses only (hence the URL www.gretschguitars.com). Gretsch drums are amazing too -- just used a Gretsch kit this weekend for recording purposes actually.

Thanks Brad,

Cool site! Entered the contest and found that the link for the G5191 Tim Armstrong Electromatic guitar actually went to a G5566 Jet Double Neck guitar instead of the one pictured. Is it just me? :?:

Can't afford it, but I would seriously get the White Falcon bass if I could. Gorgeous bass, and from the admittedly little I've heard, it has great tone.

Thanks for the link Brad,I just joined up and commented on a few threads. I posted that I'd like to see a Monkee Gretsch reissue, not because they were the greatest rock band but the guitar was a great guitar in its time and now goes for $4000-$4500.

Wow, that's weird. Fixed that link earlier thanks to your report -- surprised no one else had reported that already. Anyway, thanks much!
