You even could put up signs in local stores etc. and flyers in peoples doors and do dog walking ,a lot of people these days don't have enough time to walk their dogs and would probably jump at the chance for someone to take Rover for a walk.

Best people I ever found as potential customers as a kid were old folks.

Lot's of em don't want to know much about heavy work.
They love having kids around, especially kids they think are good un's.
Their open to a budding entrepreneur kid.
If you develop trust, theres repeat custom and they tell all their mates.

I always am asking my parents to get me a squier guitar. they are cheap but they sound great. but they always say "master your guitar then we'll talk". Is it possible to even do so?

Sounds like your parents approve of you playing guitar, lucky you. I learned several songs that I could play all the way through ( I made sure that those songs were some of the ones my parents liked ) and to my surprise my Dad took me to buy my first electric guitar soon after. Listen to some of the music your parents like learn just a couple of those songs and play them for your parents, you will be surprised what that performance will bring.

That's good thinking. If you play tunes that your parents like, they'll think you're a good musician.

Yup, do any honest work for anybody, do it well and better than the pay deserves, and with focus and enthusiasm...

...and thou shalt accumulate cash.

That behaviour has the added benefit of generating great life-karma.

Best of fortune.
