Tesla's Five Man Acoustical Jam though not an "MTV Unplugged" show was fantastic nonetheless. I like Frank Hannon's performance on that a LOT.

As for the MTV Unplugged.

Live was probably my favorite

Also enjoyed Clapton, Queensryche, and Pearl Jam.

Too me, "unplugged" means an acoustic concert by someone who normally plays electric. Segovia was great but he never, ever played electric.

The Nirvana unplugged album is great.

I also liked the Grateful Dead's Radio City Music Hall acoustic concerts. I was at the one on Halloween 1981.

for me it would have to be R.E.M.'s first unplugged in '94. I have the bootleg and Stipe's vocals are actually better than the album
