I happy that u like a store to pick all of ur guitars but I like to pick what I like and if that means to order than that's wahat u have to do in fact I think a guitar picks u u don't pick it so u stick to ur store bought guitars I hope they make u happy by the way we do own 6 American fenders plus 1lespaul so my be my $@! ain't buring I would have just liked to know the truth about when my guitar was coming in

BTW I agree with Ol'Thorny. Shops are fast becoming a use it or lose it commodity. Internet shopping is a plague thats killing regular folk. You got what you were asking for by shopping online, i.e bad service by a faceless automaton.
If I were you I'd follow his advice. Get your money back and toddle off to a real shop, handle a few guitars and buy one that you like.
