Here is another good guitar charity. It was started up by a great guy at another guitar forum that I am a member of, and it is dedicated to the memory of his son, who passed away earlier this month.

Guitars For Vets is an outrageously good, personal favourite charity.

Strongest recommendation for supporting them. They make cool shirts, too.
