+1 :D

I find Louie on FX to be pretty funny since there's really nothing funny on TV these days...

Monty Python's Flying Circus gets my vote it was silly, irreverant, mad but written by comedic geniuses.I loved all the old British comedies like On The Buses,Some Mothers Do Have 'Em,Doctor In the House,Man About the House,(Which was robbed by US programmers and called Three's Company)Benny Hill and I could go on for pages.Currently the only comedy shows worth watching are This Hour Has 22 Minutes and The Rick Mercer Report and they are totally Canadian and mostly Nflders at that.

I've been watching The Office for quite some time now and it makes me laugh every time. Funniest show in my opinion.

I don't watch much TV but the Local News in the AM with a cup of joe before work, But I've got the tube on in the background right now on TV Land and I'm thinkin' the Jeffersons are a laugh riot. (I have a simple sense of humor) 8)

favorite american comedies- "taxi" and the old "dick van dyke show." you can throw "get smart" in there too

i also love a british comedy called "coupling" there were only about 4 years of episodes that played on bbc america. absolutely hilarious. a few years back there was a u.s. version that was nowhere as good. all episodes are out on dvd

Barney Miller was another U.S. comedy that was just a great laugh ,I loved the episode where Wojo's grandmother made cookies with a "secret" ingredient that turned out to be hash or weed and Yomata? the Japanese guy anyway ate most of them got wrecked and said one of the funniest lines in the show.."Let's go down to the beach and shoot some clams."Then of course there's the time Sigfried passed the lie detector test even when they asked him where he was from and he said Mars.
