I'd love to get up Christmas morning and find an Early '54 Strat, a '65 sunburst Strat or a '63 reverse body Firebird VII under the tree.In reality though my darling better half has a brand new Epiphone Traditional Pro Les Paul with coil tap on lay away for me so that's not too shabby. I also have the John Lennon signature collection on my list and my daughters usually pool their money and get me something really nice anyway.

Interesting choices guys, i especially like guitslingers 65 sunburst idea ... if only eh?

Tanner,
my old teacher is a Martin acoustic collector and had at least 25 Martins of every type. I turned up with my OM16 (gte) and for the most part its now the only acoustic i pick up.

For myself im dithering, ive got a replacement 5 way switch to install which my sis with pay for, it was £12 but apart from that maybe some money towards some different pups :?: :?: ... ....

I hope everyones hopes for christmas (in any respect) comes true.

Al

Found a beat up 70's twin reverb for sale very locally, yesterday. Very Sex Pistols.
I wouldn't mind that, though I don't know what I'm going to do with a 200watt amp.

Realistically I'm hoping for some PCB etching gear.
