I just got my Blacktop Strat the other day, and what have I just discovered? I made a dent on it somehow, and I don't even know how.

I know guitars were meant to be played, but the more I take care of my instruments, the more they dent. Both my electric guitars are dented, my bass, whats next? My fingers get broken?

Well, I guess the only way to keep a guitar dent free and actually playing it, is playing it at a mental asylum with padded walls.

it makes your instrument more unique and after years of wear all the dings, chips, dents look pretty damn cool

I love the new Strat. Compared to my Gibson LP Studio, it's lighter, more versatile, easier to play, and sounds better, all for less than half the price. I used to have a 2003 MIM Strat, which I loved, but was horrible. It's is unbelievable how much MIM Strats have improved. This Blacktop Strat would sell at $699-$799, that's how good it is. You really need to test it out.
