Sell the Line6 amp, could make a newbie and you happy at the same time. Extra cash=more (bigger) gear.

Cheers,

I guess it depends on how big your house is. No such thing as too much gear, just too little house! :D

YES! A new house! I'll add it to my list. It's got to have good wiring and a lot of outlets. And not too close to neighbors. I'll put off buying the 12-string.

I'm looking for a vintage strat and I play at home. Don't feel bad. As long as it doesn't cause your kids to starve, I think you're Ok.

Orr you can build a 14'x16' Man Cave and keep all your gear away from the sight of the wife and visitors, and under lock and key if you have kids/teens who like to borrow gear... Welcome to the forum.

I'm not married, my girlfriend lives with me :( , so, I can't exactly come home with a new piece of equipment every week, but I imagine I can get away with it more than if I was married.

Seems to me that I don't have nearly as much equipment as some of you guys, so, I got some catching up to do :D .

No such thing as too much. If I had my way I would have the ceiling coated with Marshall 4x12's.

Don't feel bad Alex, Being single ties up your cash in other, The Rent, The Student Loans, The insurance payments, etc, etc. That makes it difficult to spend as much as I'd like to, But my last live in girl left because she said I held the Guitar more than her. I told her the guitar didn't get mad at me and nag all the time. Oh. Well

You'd have to have pretty high ceilings.
If you got slanted ones they'd double as sound proofing.

As long as all your dependents are properly fed, taken care for, and clothed ... there is never too much.

I have 29 guitars,10 amps,3 keyboards and mountains of related gear. I don't look at it as having too much gear but having too small a house. Keep on buying gear and poke it under the bed if you have too, there's no known cure for G.A.S.

Are the bills payed ?
Do you still have a roof over your head?
Are you still communicating with your better ( more Sensible ) half ?
Is this your only sin ?

Then don't walk, but run to your nearest musical instrument shelter and ADOPT !!! 8)
