I am admittedly not a big Dylan fan, but I have seen him twice. I was never blown away by him, but I definitely enjoyed seeing him. But ... I am not in any rush to see him again. The more you are into him will translate into how much you like seeing hime live.

I love BB King, and he has a killer band. And seeing him hit those couple of killer notes like only BB can is a shower of light on any guitar player's soul ...

Lucky you americans getting all the good timers actually touring your side of the pond. I saw Dylan once in 2008, wasn't the best venue for a concert, still isn't, he didn't talk much, but I'm still glad I actually got to see him in person.
Would do much for a BB King night or another Dylan one, though. And maybe even more for Neil Young, missed him here a year ago.

But anyway, I'm seeing Band Of Horses (heard of them?) in Feb, The Wall show in May and 4 days of the Norwegian Wood music festival in June, starting off with a whole night of Clapton (really looking forward to that one, loved his new album!). Went to see Mark Knopfler and Van Morrison there this summer, both great shows, especially the latter - he can be fairly unstable when it comes to gig quality from time to time.

I'd love to see BB King play - I've been a fan for a long time and never seen one of his shows.

At the moment I'm looking forward to January - Tommy Emmanuel and his brother Phil are playing together here. I've seen them before and they really put on a good show - they look like they're loving every moment as much as the audience does.

Van lives at the end of my street in Crawfordsburn. He is not a nice man at all and a bigot to boot.

Nothing comin up Stryder bro except my own attempts at playing. I've saw Dylan before @ The Belfast Odyssey with Gary Moore opening. It was amazing and I'm sure you'll have a great time.

I missed Robert Plant here a few days ago and was gutted but this year has been great to me gig wise, I've saw:

Peter Green
Deep Purple
Sweet Savage
Guns N' Roses
Aerosmith
AC/DC
Them Crooked Vultures (feat. John Paul Jones, Dave Grohl, Josh Homme)
Motorhead
Stone Temple Pilots
Slash (twice)
Cinderella
Mike Monroe (feat. Ginger, Steve Conte)
Therapy?
E'Nuff Z'Nuff
Rage Against The Machine................and more.

Its safe to say my luck has run out!

hi fenderstrat
Just got back from seeing Tommy, man can he play, one of the best guitarists I've been to see, for a guy standing up there on his own it was awesome what he can do with a guitar, anyone with a chance to go and see Tommy should jump at it.

I saw Dylan a few weeks ago at Clemson University. I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised. He kicked $@!. I wasnt expecting much, but he definitely still has it.

EDIT: And his guitar player is pretty freakin sweet too.

I saw B.B. in August with Buddy Guy... OUT OF CONTROL. Both of thier sets were something I'll never forget as long I live.

B.B.'s set was around an hour and a half and ended with ladies' undergarments on the stage! Not bad for a freshly turned 85 year old!

He played some of my favorites for sure. 'The Thrill is Gone' in particular was otherworldly. You hear people talk about the 'feel' of blues music and how not necessarily playing fast but playing with feel and soul is paramount.

I have never seen this more clearly and masterfully demonstrated than by Riley 'Blues Boy' King that night.

And both guys just had a hell of a lot of FUN up there, too!!

Would be the best day of my life, but I also went to Crossroads 2010 this summer..... I sure am lucky! 8)

Saw BB a few years ago in Boca; I enjoyed the show though I thought he talked too much and played too little.
I saw Dylan last month in Davie. Amazing concert, incredible band, his old touring band. You'll enjoy it.

1 month from tomorrow until Bonamassa at the Hard Rock Live. I am psyched!

I'm looking forward to the Wanee Festival again in April. Last year's was great.
