my high E string on my strat is making some odd buzzing noise and it sounds like it's coming from the back of the guitar. Any thoughts?

I got this guitar and I learned how to make it talk...

It could be a resonant harmonic vibration just as certain notes can make a glass on and amp vibrate maybe certain notes cause something on the back plate or vibrato mechanism to resonate with only some frequencies.

the pressure could be low

Check that both screws of the bridge saddle for that string are firmly in contact with the bridge plate AND that that string's intonation screw isn't rattling around when you hit that string.
