He is my favourite and his 11 solo albums featuring Ron Wood, Rick Richards et al are not to be sniffed at but surely his tenure in GN'R should have him on the list.

I only mentioned those guitar Bros because of their influence on rock riffage by other younger guitarists ie; Clapton, Hendrix, Richards and others. I guess that I should have put Buddy Guy and John Lee Hooker in there but perhaps not on the actual list
