Great thread! I saw them in the 70s. I saw the "One from the road" tour! I saw them I believe at The Long Beach Arena. The New Riders of The Purple Sage opened up for them. When they played "Workin' for MCA," the solo was done exactly like the studio version. This blew alot of people's minds. One of my favorite all time concerts!

Hi , SBLS some great songs in this epic read 8) , watched a program on the telly a few weeks back about southern rock , featuring LS and ABB , most enlightening , and it was wierd when they showed stage shots of LS with the old Peavey Mace amps , and i had my feet resting on mine , here's a wee pic of the old mace ,
