I really miss this band, saw them in '76 in August, must have been just after this video was shot, Knebworth festival is in July, if you liked these good old boys ( those backup singers were smokin' ) post one of their videos.

edit:
actually (after searching the dates) I saw them a few days before their appearance at Knebworth. The Knebworth festival was on August 21, 1976. I saw them at the Hawthorne Race Course in Cicero, Il. on 15 August 1976.

Unfortunately, I was a little young at the time, but I was always a fan since about 1978 when I first heard of them. I was about 13 yrs. old. I listened to their music along with the Outlaws, Molly Hatchet,Marshall Tucker Band, Charlie Daniels Band. Here's one 8) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tVNKS4-x ... re=related

One of those "most non-boob havin chics" was Cassie Gaines, wife of Steve Gaines. Both were killed in the crash, along with Ronnie.

You might show some respect.

Unh Hunh, Me, I'm a leg man, any boobs big or small that come with the girl is fine with me, so, I don't have your concern. Now, the Forum would probably take up a collection for you and then you can have all of the boobs you like and you wouldn't even have to mess with anything but your own boobs. That sound good to you Bro?

The rest of you Bros are rocking my world I am favorite-ing every one of these Lynyrd Skynyrd videos y'all post, like I said before, I miss this band.

I don't have a video to add,but a sidenote...those who know much about the history of the original guys know how rough they were.
The late great singer/songwriter Paul Davis,(at least in my opinion),once told me how he was in a studio and saw them with black eyes and bruises and busted lips and knew they been in a fight, only to find it was with each other,he said "here they had been fightin' each other and then they were workin' together!"

Indeed.

We open a set with that tune at most gigs......it helps set the tenor for things to come.
