Ok sorry for the crappy pun. But that seriously has to be one of the coolest cakes I think I've seen in quite a while. What's the green ooze? Pudding perhaps? :wink:

The green stuff was just icing with food coloring. We are BIG zombie fans and this was supposed to be a zombie's head coming up from a grave :D

Actually the hard part was cracking open the head. It was made of chocolate about 1/4 inch thick and stuffed with a molten marshmallow/carmel mixture with food coloring to make it look like brains!

And yes, zombies are cool... if they're the old slow moving ones, these new, fast ones scare the $@!& out of me.... mainly because I can't run that fast lol
