Good. Yes, Soldier the green and bare wires to the backside of the pot and you should be fine. 8)

im sure its gonna be something overlooked, something forgotten,
a right there in front of your face answer.
those happen to everybody ya know. the answer being right there in front of you and you over look it expecting it to be something a little harder lol.
happens to me all the time.
