Swart amps are great, they are made in my home town and I have met Mike several times and went by his place to check out his setup. My favorite is the little 6V6se. That thing is a serious little blues monster at only 5w. The Swarts amps also has the Space Tone reverb which is one of the spookiest reverbs I have ever heard. I say go for it, you wont be disappointed. The Mojotone speaker upgrade is a big plus. Frankly, these destroy any new Fender amp in it's class.

No doubt swart amps are great amps, but as any hand wired amp they are not cheap.

As far as the claim of being able to destroy any new fender amp in it's class; that's a bunch of rubbish.

About a year ago I a/b the 6V6se with a new 57 fender champ reissue. While the 6V6se was really great, I actually liked the champ better. They are both excellent amps though.

Why is it that along with a recommendation for one amp you find the need to bag on other equipment? Of course that is your right. Power to the people brother!

By the way Fender guitars slay any Guild guitar in it's class.
