Father taught a wee lad decades ago, if you can't steal enough to make you rich for the rest of your life, don't ever steal.

It's one thing to be "forever branded" (even if only by yourself) a thief for copping several million, quite another for stealing a torque wrench.

Besides that, karma catch-up can be a muddafugga.

They might take it out of his pay. Taking it back will make you feel good.

i'm taking it back tomorrow. why am i waiting? what a couple of these guys are too damn stupid to understand is that they are not the only ones who are bilingual. just because they weren't speaking english doesn't mean they were not completely understood. i won't even mention that part when i take it back.
no, i am not a thief. if i were i wouldn't be working 2 jobs.
maybe this rude beastard will keep up with his expensive tools from now on.

Hi JSJH: gosh. So if the crime is big enough it becomes OK, huh?

Thought provoking: that'll keep me busy. Thank you!

yes take it back asap.
i buy good quality tools (snapon) on the regular.
my tools are very expensive. a good torque wrench for me will cost easy
$300. easy.
dont wait until the next time you go, he might have to replace it by then.
hell by battery impact cose $500. one from craftsman will cost you around $100 if that tells you anything.
take it to him tomorrow.

i agree with jeffytune whole heartedly on this.

my wife had the tires on her truck rotated at wally world the other day. the kid who did it left a darn good torque wrench in the front seat. let me just say right here that my wife is rather "top heavy" if you know what i mean. that still distracts me on a daily basis.
question. do i take it back? i really feel like i should because i did not pay for it. your thoughts.

ok jeebus, i have just 1 little question here about this post.
what in the world does your wifes top heaviness have to do with if you should take the wrench back or not or anything at all with this story for that matter?
you must have been "distracted" when posting this post i guess.
my g.friend has some biggins too.
hey, maybe we can to a pic post entitled "boobs for nevin" lol

sorry nevin just poking your ribs a bit.

Hi jeebus: not quite sure what your wife's chest has to do with this question.

My guess is that he is implying that the aforementioned 'kid' was not keeping his eye on his torque-driving, and may have been mentally drivinig Miss Daisy instead if you get my drift. Men are in a bad habit of getting silly stupid over something they don't have a snowball's chance in hell of going home with. They never grow out of the 10th grade.Stupid is that stupid does.

here's what i should have said in 1st post waycool. 2 of the kids, one actually did the work while the other just stood there, were making very rude comments in spanish about my wifes chest. she is used to that. she can't help the way she was born. it just so happened the little worm left the wrench inside the truck. my wife speaks spanish also. i think maybe he thought she was some dumb, blonde bimbo or he just didn't care.
either way, i'll take it back today since i got a day off. like i said, it was a stupid question.

mine speaks spanish as well. she has to since most of her
boob patience are spanish.
kids will be kids period. theres no question about it and there is no rushing the growing up. im sure you as well as i did the very same thing when we were kids. now, thats not an excuse to be disrespectful ok, but they were and i know we were to looking back on it.
mine finds that when in a situation like this, to comment in spanish to something they are saying to eachother will quickly end any goings ons
right then and there. it freaks them out.

hey sometimes we over look the right thing to do when we are confronted with a situation of disrespect. i know im human and it happens to me too.
when you give it back do it with a smile bro, knowing your doing the right thing by putting it in his hand and not in his head.
look at it this way, even guys from another country think your wife is a hottie and smile even bigger knowing shes one less hottie off the market for guys everywhere to drool over.

Listen mate, I dunno about you but I love boobs. I mean forget guitars, if theres no jugs around I just aint happy.

Part of the common knuckledragging male dilema mate. We get distracted far too easily.

This says it all.
