I've got '74 Dual Showman that I just ordered a MojoTone cabinet for. I'm going with a 2-12" configuration and need suggestions on what speakers to put in it. I play everything from blues and soul to Rock and country. The head wants a 4 ohm load, high wattage speaker. Loud and clean. Any ideas?

I favor the JBL D120F but to some, it's an "acquired taste".

I don't think you'd go wrong with a pair of Weber 12A150's.

For a more "modern" tone, Eminence makes some nice ferrite 12's.

The Celestion V30's would also be a solid choice.

Best of luck, HTH

Celestion G-12-T-75 ,absolutey killer speakers and they can take a real good lickin' too-great speakers for everything from classic rock to blues to metal. The new Celestion Blue or Gold are fabulous speakers too albeit a bit pricey but well worth it considering they'll last a millenium.
