How's about a goldtop Strat or Tele from the custom shop. I've seen a few GT Teles and Strats with p90s and they look and sound awesome.

Now there's an idea Nevin.
A Goldtop Strat with mahogany neck rosewood fretboart, Universal routing the body will let you swap out for any pickup combo you want.

For you I would recommend Custom Shop or the R4 as I agree with many of the other posts. Why pay the extra $ for the nice top on the R9 especially since you have the R8.

Personally, I would get the R4 because I love P90s. YMMV

I think you need something completely different, you already have a Gibson and a Fender... since you like your LP so much here's something very similar, amazing warm tone and sustains forever! I have a '79 myself.

These are very hard to find, specially prior to '79, it will only go up in value.
