Hello all.
I am back and so happy to be so.
Haven't been on here for a while, not posting anyhow, and thought it was finally time dive back into my favourite forum.
During my hiatus I had a son! My first born :D
A healthy baby boy born Aug 10, 2010 at 7lbs 7ounces

A week later we hired a photographer to come by and take a few shots and this is one of my favorites, I think this forum will appreciate it :)

So my life has been turned upside down and I have never been so happy.
An amazing year. Earlier in June my wife gave me the guitar pictured, my first mia fender, and now she gave me the greatest gift ever!
A lot less sleep, but so worth it

Anyway, I can't imagine anyone really missed me but I thought I would share the great news in my life

sure glad to be back

In other gear related news, just picked up Valve jr head and cabinet on CL today and am dying to play it tonight .....in the basement and very low volumes :)

thanks all

Ya I love the way the photo turned out
Hope my son plays guitar in the future, because I plan on giving him the guitar in the future. A 2010 MIA standard, for a 2010 birth
would have loved to have one from the year I was born (1980)

Welcome back SF from a fellow Canuck,Congratulations on your new baby boy.No doubt you are already planning out his first guitar lessons on that lovely Strat or a Mini Strat.I'm really happy for you and understand full well why you've been away as a new baby needs every minute of your attention-even in the middle of the night.
